A Hush, A Lull
So, for the sake of this grand scientific experiment I will admit that I slept in on Saturday. I felt very lethargic for the rest of the day, even having a little nap mid-afternoon.
Now the question is: was my feeling horrible the rest of the day a result of sleeping in OR was my body just making up for the lack of sleep in the previous three days?
Anyone? Anyone?

In the name of science, maybe it would be beneficial to go 5-6 days with this short-sleep schedule. Would the signs of sleep deprivation start to show? You know how they say that every person is different, for how much sleep they need. Maybe less is better for idealists. heheh life is funny when you're tired.
