I really like your method of observation recording. At the risk of sounding ignorant, I just want to ask... uhh... what are mindthoughts?

I like your format. I'm just gonna jazz it up with a little bold/italics action.

brews : 1 good earth mild roast @ 7, 3 at phil's @ 11, 1 cafe latte @ 3
mindthoughts: 1,000,000,000?
delight: 10 (is it too early in the game to use a 10? I really laughed heartily a lot today)
connection to reality: 2
yawn-o-meter: 0 (freakish, but true. I tried to force a couple of yawns today for tradition's sake but they were just not there)
mental activity boosters: extreme people interaction first thing in the morning, and does physical activity count as a mental activity booster because I walked an insane amount today too
